Rental DATE/TIME must be approved and pre-paid at least 24hrs before use

A photo-copy of drivers license will be required prior to approval of rental

The WCR Ranch Manager has the sole discretion of approving and reserving all dates/times

Reservations may NOT be made earlier than 2 weeks prior to the reservation date

Reservations for federal/national holidays are pre-booked by WCR Property Owners

Cash Only, no checks or credit card accepted

Your reservatioon group is limited to a maximum of 5 people and 3 vehicles (no trailers)

A combination padlock will be installed on the main gate to the dock and the code given to the reserving individual

Vehicles left on-site after the reservation Date/time MAY be towed at the owners expense

WCR is NOT responsible for any damage or losses to vehicles or property

A $100 deposit is also required to cover any trash left behind, refundable after inspection

Physical damage to the site and/or dock will also be noted and charged
